Born and raised in the heart of Austin, TX, Bobby and Bobbie Mack are the dynamic duo behind TaterQue! After two decades in their respective careers, Bobby felt a calling to bring joy to people through food. As a journeyman welder, he often craved something delicious during his lunch breaks. One day, he envisioned a stuffed potato loaded with all the fixings—an idea that sparked the beginning of TaterQue in 2016.

Though they couldn’t jump in right away, Bobby kept the dream alive through hard work and perseverance. In 2020, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, they took a leap of faith, investing their time and money into turning TaterQue into a reality. Fast forward to January 2023, and their first brick-and-mortar location opened its doors at 1202 FM 685 Ste B5-6, Pflugerville, TX! With a solid following of Happy Spudsters, TaterQue has been proudly serving delicious food at Tesla for the past two years.

When they’re not crafting mouthwatering meals, Bobby and Bobbie love spending time with their family and friends, giving back to their community, and, of course, enjoying good food together!
