Heating Instructions

For best results, thaw all meat completely before heating. Cooking times and temperatures may vary depending on your equipment.

Sausage Heating Instructions
Always heat sausage to an internal temperature of 165°F. Once the natural juices break through the casing, it's ready.

  1. Grill It: Grill over indirect heat at 300-350°F, turning once. Fully Smoked Sausage: 15-20 minutes.
  2. Oven: Bake in a preheated 350°F oven. Fully Smoked Sausage: 15-20 minutes.
  3. Skillet: Heat sausage in a skillet over medium heat with 2 tbsp oil, turning until it reaches 165°F.

Oxtails, Ribs, Brisket Heating Instructions
All meats should be reheated to an internal temperature of 145°F.

  1. Grill: Wrap in foil and place over indirect heat at 300°F.
  2. Oven: Wrap in foil and heat in a 350°F oven.
  • Oxtails: 45-60 minutes.
  • Brisket: Heat for 1-2 hours.
  • Ribs: Heat for 30-45 minutes.

You'll receive tracking details from USPS or UPS once your package is picked up. Packages are shipped from Texas.

Delivery Dates
Delivery dates can be chosen at checkout but are not guaranteed. We recommend selecting a date earlier than needed to ensure timely arrival.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete physical shipping address, as carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes. We cannot be responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect addresses.

Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, or UPS Ground. Expedited services do not deliver on weekends.

Order Processing
Orders placed by 10:00 am CST are typically processed within 1-3 business days, depending on the shipping destination. Delivery may take 7-10 days. We do not ship internationally.

Perishable Items
All perishable items are shipped frozen with dry ice. It's normal for the ice to dissipate, but the meat should remain cool.

How are items shipped?
Taterque ships all perishable items frozen with dry ice to ensure freshness during transit. Dry ice may dissipate, but your items will arrive ready for your next BBQ.

How long will the meat keep?
Frozen items can last up to 6 months unopened. Once defrosted, consume within 5-7 days for best flavor.

How much should I order?
We recommend about 1/2 pound of brisket or 1-2 sausage links per person. Feel free to contact us for personalized recommendations.
